ABOUT FEATURED SUPPLIERS
All of the Suppliers featured in the regularly updated AAQA Directory of Featured Suppliers operate under the Association's own Company Code of Conduct or under other independently developed consumer protective criteria.
If you are not ENTIRELY SATISFIED with the manner in which ANY featured Supplier promotes its products or services or if you are unhappy about the quality of the complaints handling or other customer care services provided by any featured Supplier you have the right to refer any unresolved grievances to AAQA for investigation on your behalf subject to the limitations specified in the Directory's Terms of Use.
Serious complaints or frequently repeated consumer complaints upheld by AAQA will invariably result in the offending Supplier's listings being promptly removed from the Directory and (in the case of Company Members of AAQA) such upheld complaints will also invariably lead to the offending Member being expelled from the Association.
