The SGS/24
Guidance Specification featured in this illustrative Programme was specifically
developed to serve as a MODEL supplement to the infinitely more demanding
contents of ISO 9000:2000 and other globally applicable Supplier capability
assessment criteria.
Similarly, in the context of this MODEL Programme, the (notional) right
to display the SPRINGS - International Quality Mark would be reserved
for Supplier organisations that have been independently assessed as
being reasonably compliant with SGS/24 criteria.
It is hoped that this MODEL Programme will give the owners or senior
managers of Supplier organisations an optimally user-friendly insight
into the unaviodably complex realm of Third-party Quality Assurance
processes and that commercially active visitors will be encouraged to
secure the right to display an INDEPENDENTLY AWARDED Quality Mark for
their business.
If your business is not yet in a position to seek assessment and certification
against ISO 9000 it could benefit (in the meantime) from obtaining Company
Membership of this Programme's Sponsor's - AAQA
- with its accompanying right to display the AAQA Corporate Member insignia
and a listing in the AAQA
