All of the firms, companies and other trading entities featured in our regularly updated Directory operate under the Association's Corporate Code of Conduct or under other independently developed consumer protective criteria or have successfully provided services to the Association and/or have otherwise been placed on the Association's listing of Approved Suppliers.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:
If you are not ENTIRELY SATISFIED with the manner in which ANY of our featured Approved Suppliers promote their respective products or services or if you are unhappy about the quality of any complaints handling or other customer care services you have the right to refer any unresolved grievances to AAQA for investigation on your behalf subject to the limitations specified in the Directory's Terms of Use.

Serious complaints or frequently repeated consumer complaints upheld by AAQA will invariably result in the offending Supplier's listings being promptly removed from the Directory and (in the case of Company Members of AAQA) such upheld complaints will also invariably lead to the offending Member being expelled from the Association.
